Learn to gently befriend your body and nervous system through guided awareness. Somatic inquiry helps you notice your sensations, patterns, and protective responses with compassion rather than judgement. As you listen inward survival stress can soften, clarity becomes more accessible, and you can build a deeper sense of safety within yourself.
Reiki Energy Healing
Receive Reiki energy healing while you are guided into deep rest. Reiki supports your system in shifting from sympathetic activation into the parasympathetic state - your natural “rest and digest” mode where the body repairs, restores and rebalances. As the energy flows, emotional and energetic blockages can gently clear, helping you to feel lighter and more grounded and more connected to your inner rhythm.
Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra gently guides you into a state where the body sleeps but the inner awareness stays awake. In this deeply receptive space, the subconscious opens, tension melts, and your nervous system can reorganise itself toward calm, repair and clarity. Yoga Nidra supports emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and profound rest - allowing inner clarity to emerge, simply through the act of listening.
